Guest access On-street parking is available, you'll just need parking permits which we can provide if you need them (please let us know when booking) but please note that spaces cannot be guaranteed. Should it be necessary, alternative paid parking is available in the Railway Station car park 2 minutes away. There are other public car parks in the town as well. Other things to note The most direct route to the closest beach (Porthminster beach) is via a steep hill, so for those who might have difficulty on uneven terrain, we would suggest you take one of the easier routes which are nearby, and might just take a couple of minutes more! The property has a valid and current Gas Safety Certificate which is contained in the Guests’ Welcome Folder for you to view. Being on the ground floor, the bedrooms and bathroom windows have a full opening capability to allow easy egress in the event of an emergency should the normal access (main door) be unusable.
