Pet friendly cozy cabin on acreage

The cabin is laid out and styled to make everyone feel at home. Families, children of all ages, couples, pet owners, those here on holidays, a couples weekend away or workers/business people here for work trips. The cabin provides enough distance from the busyness of the Sunshine Coast, yet still within 15 minutes to beaches and shops. It boasts all year round air controlled spaces, fire pit, outside patios, coffee supplies, all towels and linen provided, games, Netflix and 10 acres to explore. The space The Cabin is private and has plenty of space. The cabin is located on a 10 acre property, with the hosts living down in the main residence. There are two main bedrooms. Each room has a luxurious queen bed, air-conditioning and a ceiling fan so you can relax and control your temperature all year round. Bedrooms are provided with fresh crisp linen, blankets, clothes storage and towels. Baby porta-cot is available for free upon request. The two main bedrooms are separated from the bathroom inside the main area, by the under cover patio area. The main open plan living and dining area is equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, gas cook top, air fryer, dining table, microwave and all your kitchen needs. There is a smart TV in the living room with Netflix, Disney and Kayo for you to enjoy under the comfort of the air- conditioner. There are even card games and board games to add some fun to your stay. Two outdoor covered areas have their own furniture, front and back, to relax and unwind including a full BBQ. You are welcome to use the coffee, sugar, milk, salt, pepper, oils, paper towel and other essentials provided on us! There is a laundry within for your private use, including laundry liquid, clothes basket and full clothes line. There are two toilets, one inside and out, with plenty of toilet paper. We cover the small things! Enjoy the outdoor fire pit, with fire wood provided, say hello to our neighbouring cows and enjoy the sing of the birds as you wake up in the morning. The Cabin has plenty of parking which is ideal for Tradies working in the area or people on holidays with jet skis, boats or camper trailers. Guests with pets are welcome to explore the property and walk up through the maintained forest walks to the dam. Unfortunately some road noise does exist, with the property situated close to the Bruce Highway. Weekends are much quieter, allowing for the noise of the wildlife to overtake everything else. Guest access The Cabin has it's own private parking bay and plenty of space for boats, trailers, jet skis and camper trailers. Keys are located on-site in a key lock box only accessible via a unique code. This key code will be sent to guests one day prior to arrival, after all required information is sent to the host before arrival (e.g. number of pets coming to stay). Please note: if you use the Waze app to get directions to our property it will give you the wrong address. Google and Apple maps are more accurate when inputting our address to get directions. Other things to note 15 minutes to Maroochydore. 20 minutes to Sunshine Plaza shopping centre. 30 minutes to Mooloolaba beach. 30 minutes to Australia Zoo. 25 minutes to Montville and 35 minutes to Manley, both must see spots on the coast! 5 minutes to the Big Pineapple and Wildlife HQ Zoo. 7 minutes to Ricks Garage, a famous eatery at Palmwoods. The Cabin does not have an oven but there is an air fryer and full sized outside BBQ. There is some road noise, being close to the Bruce Highway. Perhaps Google the address to check our location prior to booking. It's sad for us when people come to stay, and then complain about the location. Always check before booking! The two bedrooms are connected internally via a lockable door making it easier for families with young children. The bathroom and toilets however are located near the living area, across the patio area away from the bedrooms which can be challenging to access at night time. We are pet friendly. Please advise us if you have a pet, rather than trying to hide them here. Pets are strictly not allowed on any beds or furniture, so please bring their beds along. Additional cleaning fees may apply. We are surrounded by bush land. So expect to see spiders, bugs, mice during the dry season and geckos during the summer. We also do get the odd snake. Bug spray and mozzie coils are provided for your use. Check in time is 2pm on day of arrival. Check out time is 10am. Late check out may be accommodated upon request. One night stays per request and availability.
