Location, location. Close to the action or a quiet retreat. Your choice. A comfortable, kid friendly home set on an idyllic farm. Fourteen years old the house been recently updated. Send the kids off to play in the sand pit, cubby house, trampoline area while you sit on the verandah and enjoy the sunset. The space 10 minutes from BluesFest venue. 15 minutes to Splendor in the Grass venue. 10 minutes from BRUNSWICK HEADS. 15 minutes from BYRON BAY 45 minutes from GoldCoast airport. A king bed for adults A queen bed for adults 2 children’s bunks and a trundle mattress for a third. 1 crib for an infant. This is a family home and our belongings stay in the wardrobes in the Master bedroom and the nursery. The two guest bedroom wardrobes are empty. Guest access Shared driveway to the door. Three designated car park spaces on the left hand side. We share a driveway and yard with an adjoining house that has permanent and respectful tenants.
