OCEANFRONT CABARETE WELL EQUIPPED 1 BR SAFE/QUIET

Condo in secure centrally located complex - ocean front! ODM is a great hang out for many during the winter months. We have had the pleasure of making friends over 8 years with people from all over the world. Enjoy a cocktail at the palapa, BBQ or hanging out at the pool reading in the many beach loungers provided. ODM is one of the few complexes to provide shade palapas and chairs/loungers on the beach There is onsite management in place to help with any issue that may come up. The space Spacious open living area that opens up to the patio overlooking the ocean. Full-size kitchen! Great cooking supplies and dishes you would be proud to serve guests on. The screened porch allows the bifold doors that fold back out of the way giving way to beautiful breezes that flow straight back to the bedroom and out the lovely windows there. It is lovely. The back looks onto swaying palms and the ocean. Clean and free of mold and mildew. The sofa pulls out into a sleeper - great for long TV watching sessions! There are two rocking chairs on the balcony where we spend most of our time. Love it out there. The bed is queen - very comfortable. There is a safe in the unit, new AC unit in the bedroom but we never had the need The internet wifi fast and reliable. The washer is in the closet. Fold out dryer rack with ample room (and breezes) in the bedroom to put up the rack and sufficiently dry the clothes. There is an area in the complex where there are wash lines to hang outside in the sun. Guest access Full access Other things to note Cabarete is loaded with options for food fun and surf. Friendly and warm people ! Cabarete beach is on lovely crescent beach - miles of walking oceanfront to shops or a remote location you choose your destination. There are may options for food shopping and take away food just outside of the complex door. GREAT little colomodo to the right or left supplying smaller needs and the best fresh home cooked foods for lunch and dinner! FRESH fruit and veg delivered to the complex via veggie truck - couldn't be easier. Grocery store is within walking distance - how long depends on the person but 20 minutes is accurate. We take the beach at low tide and enjoy every step of the way - many lovely things to look at.Just outside of the security gate is a shaded stand where you can wait for the public transportation or jump on the back of a Moto. We also just walk into town for a nice lunch and grab groceries on the way home. Again there is a public transportation stand across from Janets - as you are heading east. Just past Cabarete East. WE LOVE THE DR!!! and we love ODM!
