Accommodation consisting of a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and toilet, first level of a house located on the GR 223 (Tour du Cotentin) 100 m from a large family beach in front of the Chausey Islands. Near the Dior Museum, a Thalassotherapy, all the usual shops. Mont-Saint-Michel is less than an hour away, Granville is less than 2 km away. Water sports, shore fishing (Europe's highest tides) and hiking are practiced. Large dolphin colony. The space The bedroom is equipped with a 140 bed. It is possible to add a bed for a young child or a baby on request (we also have bathtub, baby seat...). The kitchen is equipped (oven, microwave, 5-burner gas stove, range hood, filter and espresso coffee machine, kettle, large refrigerator, electric barbecue, crepe maker...). Coffee, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper are provided. The bathroom has a 5 kg washing machine and a dryer. Guests will have access to our shared garden with outdoor furniture (table, chairs). Guest access The accommodation is self-contained with a private entrance. It is located at street level.
