Spend some time relaxing in this traditional Cornish cottage set in a peaceful rural hamlet. With three bedrooms to sleep 6, an open fire for cosy evenings, Treburrick Farmhouse is close to both the beach and the countryside and is the perfect space to get away from it all. The space With plenty of period charm and character, Treburrick Farmhouse is a little bit of peace and tranquility set in the beautiful Cornish countryside. Sitting in a tiny hamlet, this house is just a short drive to some of North Cornwall's best beaches. Set over two floors, with two staircases - one in the kitchen and one at the far end of the house, the cottage has three light and bright bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate cloakroom upstairs. The main door takes you straight into the kitchen. Decorated in a traditional style but with all mod cons for easy modern living, the focal point is a red oil fired Aga which makes the room cosy and warm. The first set of stairs leads up from the kitchen to the first floor. The sitting room is dual aspect and the real heart of the home, with an open fire, flat screen TV with NOW TV and comfortable sofas evening downtime. Leading off the sitting room is a small hallway with a second set of stairs leading to the first floor. Off the hallway, an elegant dining room provides space for more formal dining. There is also a desk here in case you need to catch up on any work! Upstairs, the master bedroom has a comfortable king size sleigh bed and features double aspect windows to really let in the Cornish sunshine. There is a chest of drawers and a fitted wardrobe with hanging space. The second bedroom is a twin, with a window overlooking the front of the house and has a fitted wardrobe with shelving and hanging space. The third bedroom has another king size bed and is furnished simply with a chest of drawers and a fitted wardrobe. At the end of the corridor is the family bathroom. There is a loo here and a good sized bath with a fitted shower overhead, it's a great place to relax after a long day at the beach! Next door is a separate cloakroom with a loo and basin. The outside space is to the front of the house at Treburrick. It's a peaceful sunny spot with a picnic bench and a charcoal Weber barbeque for guests to use. Bath towels are provided and there will be a hand towel in each bathroom/loo. * Cleaning products and loo paper (enough to get you started) are provided in all bath and cloakrooms. Most of our cleaning products are provided by Ecover and Delphis Eco. Under the kitchen sink, you will find enough washing up liquid for your entire stay and washing powder, dishwasher tabs, kitchen towels and bin bags for your first few days. There will 3 tea towels, a jay cloth and a sponge scourer as well.
