Our beautiful 4 bedroom property, located in the popular suburb of Wavertree. Plenty of parking and minutes away from public transport in both directions. The house is in a quiet residential area yet it is not far from the bustling Smithdown Road which is home to plenty of bars & restaurants. There are also numerous parks all under a 10 minute drive away. This 4 bed house has a homely feel for families but it also caters for contractors with its thick bedroom doors, giving you the feeling of your own separate space from the rest of the house. The kitchen comes with everything you need to dine in, with plenty of utensils, pots, pans, cutlery and glasses. You are welcome to use our slow cooker for easy home cooked food. There is also a washing machine, ironing board and iron should you need it. Make a cup of tea, grab a biscuit from the starter provisions and put your feet up In the living room, get comfortable and feel at home with our two big comfy couches. There is also a dining table that is perfect for 4 people. The house has 3 big double bedrooms and 1 small double. We have created all 4 bedrooms to be unique yet homely, expressing our love of a subtle boho vibe. All the rooms are provided with fresh bedding, a wardrobe to hang clothes and the three big double rooms have their own desk. The bathroom is supplied with large fluffy white towels and starter toiletries provided for every guest. Free on street parking is available. It's easy to find a spot right outside the house. Other things to note The house is located within a residential area, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict home plus a noise detector. The check in time is 3pm & check out 11am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside of the house and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out. Please be aware that there are two steps leading up to the main door. We'll give you enough consumables (i.e. toilet rolls, cleaning products etc.) for two nights. If you're staying with us longer, you'll need to top these up yourselves as necessary and we factor in discounts for longer stays for this very reason. We want you to enjoy a self-catered and independent stay.
