🍋Pátio LImoeiro – Central and safe location, 5 km from Paraguai and 16 km from the Falls. It holds up to 18 people in air-conditioned environments, ideal for families and groups. The outdoor area offers a swimming pool, garden balcony, treehouse and garage for 6 cars with automatic gate and safety sensor. The kitchen is complete with BBQ and appliances. There are 2 en-suite bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, all with air-conditioning and bedding. In total, there are 6 bathrooms. Pet-friendly and with complete privacy for you! The space Pátio Limoeiro is an exclusive space that accommodates groups of up to 18 people. We do not rent to more than one group on the same date. There are 2 houses in the space: CASA NAIPI accommodates 9 people CASA TAROBÁ sleeps 7 people. You can choose one of the houses or use both (if the number of paying guests exceeds 9 people) We will open the rooms according to demand. We do not allow parties and events. Access by persons not included in the reservation will incur a fine. House configuration: NAIPI HOUSE: 1 en-suite with a king-size bed + 1 single bed + crib 1 bedroom with 1 queen-size bed + 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed + 1 single bed, 1 full bathroom, 1 living room with Smart TV 1 support kitchen with microwave and minibar All rooms have hot and cold air-conditioning. CASA TAROBÁ: 1 en-suite with a double bed + 1 single bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 1 queen-size bed, 1 full bathroom, 1 living room. All rooms are air-conditioned. We include bed linen, bath and face towels and blankets. We provide an iron and ironing board and a hairdryer. The main KITCHEN is separate from the houses, integrated with the yard, fully equipped for preparing meals and barbecues, with hot and cold air-conditioning. After booking, guests can choose which house they want to stay in. If the number of paying guests exceeds 9, we will open the other rooms in the other house as needed. The whole space (backyard and house) is for exclusive use. There is no sharing. Other things to note - Parties and events are not allowed and may result in a fine. - A fine will be charged for the entry of people not included in the booking. - We perform frequent pool maintenance. - We have security cameras at the gate and in the garden.
