Very cozy, quiet 240 m2 country house with unobstructed views of the mountains located between Annecy and Geneva, close to the ski resorts of Haute Savoie Activities: walks between Lake and Mountains, skiing Vitam Park (Water Park) 25 minutes, Annecy 25 minutes, Geneva 25 minutes The space The house was built in 2015 and offers a modern style mixing wood and industrial spirit. We made sure to allow adults and children to have cozy and warm spaces to play, relax, cook... in short, have a good time... On the ground floor, there is a large living room of more than 70 m2 with open kitchen and central island, very friendly for family meals and aperitifs with friends. Central stove, dining room and a TV lounge area. Outside: large adjoining terrace of more than 140 m2 with garden furniture and large table overlooking an unobstructed view of the Salève. 8 m by 4 m in-ground pool (available from May to September) with shower and deckchairs - Outdoor games: swing, trampoline Upstairs, you have a large open room with computer area (internet and Wi-Fi), as well as a children/adult library. 3 bedrooms: -1 bed 90 x 190 -1 bed 90 x 190 -1 motorized bed 200 x 200, with dressing room and adjoining shower room 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 toilet in the basement: 1 bedroom with 140/200 bed and shower in the bedroom 1 toilet 1 large games room with two double beds 160/200, 1 foosball table, imitation games, board games, construction games and a home cinema with giant screen a laundry room (washing machine and dryer). Our house is NON-SMOKING. A cleaning fee of 200 euros is requested in addition but not mandatory. If you do not want the latter, it goes without saying that we like to find our house as we left it: clean and welcoming. Our request is simple, upon checkout, you must: - put the sheets and linens (bath towels, tea towels, etc.) in the laundry baskets next to the washing machine. - empty the garbage cans - check the general cleanliness of the premises If, however, we find a lack of rigor on your part regarding the cleaning, we will call in a cleaning service that will be billed.
