The space | Where we are | We are located in the most historic district of Rome, San Giovanni, about 200 meters from the majesty of the homonymous Basilica and near the Via Appia, one of the Capitoline shopping streets; the Colosseum is easily reachable by a 15-minute walk. The neighbourhood benefits from excellent transport links: about 200 meters from "Da Nu' holiday home" you will find the metro station San Giovanni (Line A and C) and the bus and tram lines, useful for night trips and to be fascinated by the characteristic Roman views. | Our information | Rome conceals hidden surprises and gems, like this apartment located on the raised ground floor* of an elegant building of the beginnings of the '900. The accommodation overlooks on one side the private road very convenient to park**, and on the other side on the outer courtyard of relevance, making the environment quiet and perfect for staying in Rome. *There are 8 comfortable steps to access the apartment and as many to go down to access the private external courtyard; there is no lift. **The private road where the apartment overlooks is about 70m; you can park freely on both sides of the road but we do not have a reserved parking space. • Completely refurbished in 2021, the establishment consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a large shower, a second toilet, a study corner, a living room with TV and a completely equipped kitchenette, a tiled outdoor courtyard***. ***In the mild seasons and in the summer, you will find in the outdoor courtyard, of about 60sqm, table, chairs and armchairs. • The following services with weekly change are included: sanitized sheets for each bed, a set of towels per person, 1 shower mat, 1 tablecloth and 1 kitchen apron, 2 rags, 1 potholder, 1 oven glove. On request, linen changes and midweek cleaning extra at additional costs. • "Da Nu' holiday home" has: Wifi (optical fiber with speed tested at 670 Mbps, excellent connection throughout the accommodation), air conditioning (an air conditioner in the living room, a second in the master bedroom and a third in the small bedroom), independent heating, washing machine, dishwasher, TV Smart UHD 42", electric and microwave oven, electric coffee maker, blender, toaster, electric kettle, hair dryer, safe, clothes rack, iron and ironing board. • The following consumption are included at the agreed cost a day per person: 150 litres of water, 2 Kwh of electricity, 0,75 Smc of methane. Not to encourage waste, if these thresholds are exceeded, additional costs are expected. • You will have a welcoming kit including the essential for the immediate needs: sugar, coffee pods, shampoo, hand and body soap, toilet paper, kitchen and bathroom detergents, sponges and rag for cleaning, garbage bags, paper towel roll. Guest access Guests will have at their disposal the entire accommodation. Other things to note | Check-in and reservation | At the time of check-in, for the purpose of registration, guests (including minors) will be asked for a copy of identification documents (passport, identity card, etc.) and the signing of the lease agreement. • Children of all ages, always to report, are welcome. • Children 0-4 years: on request at the time of booking*, "Da Nu' holiday home" offers baby cradle (bed linen included), three towels and a high chair for younger guests. Service fee: € 25,00 up to one week, to be paid upon arrival. *Send us a message to request to host the little guest considering him as the fifth person. • Unaccompanied minors (<18 years) and persons not indicated in the booking are not allowed. • We offer on request transfers from/to the airport (Fiumicino / Ciampino / Harbour of Civitavecchia).
