Cozy getaway near EXPO+Downtown

You will be close to everything when you stay at this newly remodeled, centrally-located 2BR/1BA house with a pull out bed couch. Nearby shopping and more including a 5 minute walk to the Tulsa Expo and State Fairgrounds, and a 7 minute drive to Downtown. This fully furnished midtown cutie has a lot to offer inside and out! For all the traveling healthcare providers, there is an 8 minute drive to Saint John, Hillcrest, and OSU Medical Center, and a 12 minute drive to Saint Francis. The space This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house. Each room has a queen size bed and closet. The bathroom has a nice, large walk in shower and plenty of storage for personal items. Other things to note We now allow pets under 35 lbs for a $75 fee. Only one pet per stay is permitted. We ask that pets be crated when left alone and that all messes be picked up. No parties allowed! If a party is reported, we will ask you to leave with no refund. No unregistered guests allowed without permission. We also require a cleaning for reservations more than 14 days in the middle of the stay. New linens and towels will be provided.
