Upstairs Bedroom and Bathroom: As you ascend to the upper level, you'll find a cozy bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed (160x200), providing a restful night's sleep. Adjacent to the bedroom is the open shower room, offering a contemporary and inviting space to refresh and rejuvenate. Downstairs Living Area: On the ground floor, the open-plan layout seamlessly blends the living area and kitchen, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, perfect for preparing delicious meals during your stay. The living area is furnished with comfortable seating, ideal for relaxing and unwinding after a day of exploration. Separate Toilet: For added convenience, there is a separate toilet located on the ground floor, ensuring privacy and comfort for guests. Guest access Guests have access to entire property, hairdryer, iron, linen, towels and internet are included. The bed is prepared with a fitted sheet and a Duvet with duvet cover, if you need extra bedding please order in advance. There will be a Bath Towel (140cm x 70cm) + Hand Towel (70cm x 50cm) for each guest, if you need extra towels please order in advance at an extra cost. There are also 2 tea towels available in the kitchen. Other things to note If you need anything or something is missing in the apartment please let me know during your stay so it can be sorted for you to have a pleasant stay. A minimum 4 nights stay is required. Check in is between 14h00 and 20h00. Check out time is before 11h00. If you arrive after 20h00, there is an extra 30 EUR to be paid for the late check in. After 22h00 the late check in fee is 50 Euros. Late check ins can be done up until 23h00 at the latest. Any change of dates has a flat fee of 50Eur and only possible for 1 -2 days before or after the original booking if possible. Monthly bookings have to pay for electricity separately, average 50Eur/month. Any additional guests (in maximum capacity of the property) not mentioned on the original booking will add an additional 50 EUR fee/night. Do not leave windows open or lights on if you are out.
