Charming 3-room apartment with parking space

Living on the 2nd floor – close to the city and yet a place to arrive and feel good. We look forward to welcoming you to our family-friendly house at the gates of Würzburg. The apartment is all yours – we live directly below and are always happy to help if you have any questions or requests. In the communal laundry room, a washing machine including detergent is available for €2.00 per use. For drying, you can use a clothes rack free of charge or alternatively the dryer for €2.00 per use. Other things to note Smaller pets are welcome upon prior request. A fee of €5.00 per pet will be charged for your animal travel companion. The use of the hot tub is only allowed until 10 am to 9 pm. Our bedrooms are equipped as follows: Bedroom 1 has a comfortable double bed (1.80 × 2.00 m). Bedroom 2 is furnished with two beds of 1.40 × 2.00 m each. In addition, the living room offers a couch with sleeping function. Children are welcome here – even the very little ones. Please note, however, that cabinets and sockets in the apartment are not childproof. Baby service: For families with small children, we are happy to provide a baby service by arrangement. This includes a travel cot, highchair, Tripp Trapp and fall protection bed rails that can only be mounted on the 1.40 × 2.00 m beds. Everything will be prepared for you before your arrival at the apartment.
