A beachfront paradise in Cape St Francis

Do you dream of a holiday at the beach listening to the soothing sound of surf? This spacious beach house is situated on Cape St Francis’ beautiful main beach and it ticks all the boxes. The sand is merely footsteps away from the front door eliminating any need to drive and search for parking. The beach boasts blue flag status and has rock pools loved by kids, as well as safe swimming and iconic surf. Wake in paradise to sunrise over the ocean. At night, let the waves serenade you to sleep. The space This is a perfect home for more than one family to enjoy a holiday together. The beach house sleeps a total of 14 guests with 7 bedrooms. The main house sleeps 6 and has three bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom has a queen bed with en-suite bath and shower. The second bedroom has a double bed with ensuite shower and bath. The third bedroom has two 3/4 size beds. It has a separate guest bathroom (not en suite) with a shower. This is also a guest toilet for visiting guests. The spacious fully equipped kitchen has an oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, as well as a second separate fridge and a separate freezer. There is an indoor braai area in the main house which ensures a holiday braai can still be enjoyed on windy summer days. There is an also an outdoor braai at the front of the house as well as a Weber. For cooler days, enjoy the fireplace situated in the open plan living area. At the back of the property around a spacious grassed courtyard are a further three apartments each with their own private entrance. Apartment 1 is part of the main house but accessed via the courtyard via its own private entrance. It sleeps 4 and has two bedrooms with two single beds in each room and shares a bathroom with shower. There is a kitchenette with kettle, microwave and bar fridge. Apartment 2 and 3 are situated in a separate building at the rear of the property, sharing a veranda area with ocean views. Each apartment sleeps 2 people and has its own entrance. The apartments both have a queen sized bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower as well as a kitchenette with a kettle, microwave and bar fridge. The house is well designed with plenty of communal spaces to enjoy holidays with friends and family whilst at the same time offering everyone enough space not to feel ‘crowded’. There is a double garage for two cars as well as a driveway that will fit a further two cars. The house is located at the end of the iconic Seal Point Boulevard in a cul-de-sac without any passing traffic. An added bonus is the property has a bore hole water supply - so guests are unaffected by any municipal water supply issues. There is also an inverter with back up power supply in case of municipal power failure. Other things to note We ask that guests please bring beach towels as we don’t permit towels from the house to be taken to the beach. In high season a minimum of 14 nights are required to book over the holidays. High season is divided into two stays of 14 nights each. The first is from 13th - 27th December and the second from 28th December - 11th January. If you would like both Christmas and New Year periods a minimum of 21 nights are required. Out of high season, the main house sleeping 6 can be booked separately at a discounted rate.
