COLORFUL DOWNTOWN APARTMENT

Welcome to the Colorful Downtown Apartment. It is so welcoming, because it lets you experience all of Skopje in such an easy ride. You will be happy not to use transportation at all, since the best restaurants in the City are in this area, the bohemian part of the City, called ”Debar Maalo”. Moreover, the main downtown attractions: the city park; the old Turkish Bazaar, are within the walking distance.This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. The space A spacious 60 m2 colorful apartment offers cozy feeling, from where you can go to any place you would like in Skopje. Walk in the old bazaar or enjoy the silence and greenery in the city park, or cheer on the city Stadium. See how people in Skopje have fun; visit the bohemian alleys with restaurants and coffee bars in the neighborhood or the summer clubs just a minute away. Spoil yourself with local delicious traditional food for lunch or dinner. After long day of sightseeing by foot and having delicious food in some of the restaurants in the neighborhood, you can come in the apartment take off your shoes, and have a drink on the terrace before the night out. The apartment has one double bed in a separate bedroom. The kitchen is specious, having a beautiful dining table, fully equipped with modern cooking facilities (refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker etc.). The apartment’s private bathroom is spacious having washing machine inside. The balcony overlooks the quiet exterior public part of the building, where you can have first coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. There is a Wi-Fi connection in the apartment, with optical internet and a cable TV. Moreover, there are at least 6 coffee bars located only 2 minutes walk from the building, offering free Wi-Fi and good service and just 3 to 5 minutes walk the best restaurant can be found, where you can experience the true Macedonian food and atmosphere. Rock clubs, pubs and night clubs are in the same vicinity of the apartment. A big supermarket is located within 2-3 minutes walking distance and it is open every day until 10:00 p.m. Green Market with fresh local fruits and vegetables and Bakery are located in the same vicinity. Even though the location of the building is in the bohemian part of the City Center, the apartment is extremely quiet and you can enjoy in your relaxation. Getting around If you do need to go to the other areas of Skopje, the bus station is within 2 minutes walking distance from the building. However, I do not believe that you will need any transportation if you want to visit the main attractions, which are located in the City Center. Guest access Entire apartment Other things to note PLEASE NOTE that the elevator is small and that only one person with luggages can use it per ride. PRIVATE PARKING IN A GARAGE for one car at reserved parking place in the neighborhood building can be provided upon additional request with extra charge of 10 EUR per day, regardless if you use the garage for 2 hours per day or 24 hours per day. Parking outside in the area of Debarmaalo/ Center Municipality of Skopje is limited to maximum 2 hours (with parking ticket) after that time you will have to move the car to other location. If you want to reserve rental of the parking place in a garage, you should request for booking via messages at Airbnb at least 3-4 days in advance, so I can confirm if the reserved parking place will be available for the required dates or not. Long term renal are obliged to have cleaning of the apartment minimum ones in every 10 days, when the cleaning lady will clean the apartment, change the bed sheets and towels. The guest/guests will have to cover the charge for the cleaning lady, paid directly to her. The cost is 1.200 MkD which is approximately 20 Eur According to the rules and regulations of North Macedonia same as in the entire Europe every guest has to be registered at Ministry of Internal Affairs regardless if he/she is staying at the hotel, private accommodation or even visiting a friend. All guests will need to provide data for registration before their arrival.
