BIO_003 - The Odyssey of Four little kittens -

Batonship Inn Osaka that is BIO are 5 accommodation lodgings of a renovated a town house & a house operated by Batonship LLC. BIO is a part of a complex called “KITA-no-Kita-Nagaya” has realized a new method for reusing old wooden houses. While keeping the old element possible, it has been carefully renovated with seismic reinforcement, heat insulation, and soundproofing. Please find your favorite room among the five different interior designed BIOs and make it your base for your nice trip. The space BIO_003 is an installation art. During renovation work on this building “KITA-no-Kita-Nagaya”, where BIO is located, four kittens were born at the construction site. We asked Osaka artist TENGYU, Miyako to create a work featuring the kittens. The four kittens were drawn in the space of an "inn" with the theme of "travel." BIO_003 has become a space that celebrates the travels of guests who visit. It can accommodate up to two people. Please check out our other BIOs too! Other things to note * About the expected arrival time. Please let the host know your expected arrival time at least one day before your check-in date. * About the barefoot culture in Japan. Please take off your shoes at the entrance. The slippers at the entrance are for outdoor use. Disposable indoor slippers are provided in the room. Please wear these if your feet are cold and uncomfortable in the fall and winter. * About respect for silence. This building is an old wooden building of unknown age, so the walls are very thin. So please be quiet at night and use earphones or headphones when watching the video or call someone by phone. * About smoking. Please let me know if any of you are smokers. Smoking is prohibited indoors. This includes all electronic cigarettes and heated tobacco products. Including on the mini balcony and in the shared garden. However, there is a smoking area next to this accommodation and an ashtray is also there. So smokers don't have to worry. I will explain the location if you are a smoker. By the way, from January 2025, anyone who smokes on the streets, in parks, or in plazas throughout Osaka city will be punished by law, so please be careful when sightseeing. * About garbage separation. Please separate all trash into two categories: beverage containers i.e. bottles, cans and plastic bottles, or everything else. If the trash can becomes full during your stay, please move the full trash bag to the indoor side of the 1st floor entrance and let me know by message. Please don't put out trash outside the entrance. If your large travel luggage such as suitcases and strollers are damaged during your stay and you wish to dispose of it, there will be an additional charge in addition to the accommodation fee. If you wish, please let me know by message. * No one other than the booked guest and their companions will be allowed in the BIO room. This is a rule required by the Osaka City Health Center.
