The space Our 1 bedroom and living room apartment is facing the Palace of Parliament which can be seen from every window. Wide opened and tasteful made, the apartment gives a cozy feeling and a homey vibe. The king size bed allows for a comfortable and relaxed sleep. Equipped with a TV, wi-fi and AC the room provides all the facilities to make you feel like home. The living area, is equipped with a retractable couch that can easily hold a couple. The large TV of 55" keeps you entertained while resting. Storage space can be found all around the apartment which can be freely used except for the dressing in the hallway. Internet access and FREE Netflix are also included. Coming into the bathroom, you are greeted with a well lit, spa feeling, relaxing and opened design. All the necessary appliances are being provided at no extra charge that includes towels, candles, shower gel and body cream and robes and not to forget about the washing machine that can be used whenever needed. The bathroom also includes a window that allows natural sunlight to enter and lighten up the whole room making it feel cozy and relaxing. All the equipment necessary for a home cookout is being provided by the kitchen. Stove, oven, spacious fridge, coffee maker with different coffee capsules and aromas, tea, portable speaker, plates, glasses utensils and storage space can be used. The dining area or the kitchen table can be used to have breakfast, launch and dinner with no hesitation. The apartment is equipped with heating system that can be manually set to the preferred temperature as well as the AC. Guest access Safe and secured zone, easy access to all the major streets and one parking space. Stores like Mega Image, 5ToGo, ATM and a Non-Stop Store are all around the area. The Izvor park is across the street makes it perfect for a night walk. Subway station (Izvor) and bus station are at 3 minutes walk from the park. Other things to note Being next to one of the major streets in Bucharest it can get loud even at night but the closed windows makes up for the noise.
