This centrally located retreat offers you comfort and convenience away from home, nestled in the bushland surrounding Manly Dam. The space With an abundance of natural light and open space, there’s easy access through your own separate entrance on ground level. A beautifully presented airy main living room which is always cool in Summer and with instant gas heating for the cooler months. Plenty of creative desk space and excellent internet access. There's even a substantial book selection for a relaxing read. Easy breakfast table with chairs for two. Retro lounge and comfortable rattan armchair with Smart Internet TV. Small convenient kitchenette with essential fridge, espresso machine and toaster. Please note there is NO cooktop or oven. Comfy Queen sized bed in separate bedroom with luxury bed linen, soft bath robes available on request and towels are supplied. Built in cupboard space to hang clothes and ample storage for your belongings. Good sized bathroom has modern shower with a rain shower head. Guest access Guests have direct access to the space, which is the lower level at the front of our family home. Rest assured we are quiet and in a completely separate part of the home, mostly living out the back of the property. There is your own private front deck for relaxing outdoors alfresco under our beautiful ornamental Pear tree surrounded by a hedge for privacy. Other things to note We have our big council bins for your use. They are out the front of the house in the black and white bin cupboards (red for general waste, yellow for bottles & plastic, blue for paper & cardboard). Our water pressure is exceptional and for cooler nights we have gas heating. Please note there is NO clothes washing facilities so bring a change of clothing...who wants to wash on their holiday anyway! Our studio is not suitable for infants or young children.
