This is the Room 1 in an apartment of 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. It is located 3 mins to Renfe, 7 mins to Luceros & city center and 20 mins to the city beach. It has a double bed (135x195) new mattress, AC inverter, portable fan (summer), a desk and some storage. The bathroom and kitchen are shared with other guests from Room 3 & 4. For the safety and security of everyone, only booked guests are allowed to enter the building. The space This apartment is located on the first floor, one floor above the ground floor. Your room is the Room 1, with new AC and double bed. It's on the sunny side to the street, bright in the afternoons. There is a desk for study and mirror for make up. Guest access You may come and go at any time with your keys; however, for safety and health reasons, non-registered visitors are not permitted in the apartment. We keep the common areas tidy and take out the trash around 5 times a week, at 8 PM. In Alicante, the Town Hall prohibits using the waste bins before 8:00 PM, so daytime disposal isn’t allowed. You can recycle at any time of day using the bins on both sides of the building. To keep the shared spaces clean and comfortable, our cleaning lady cleans the common areas based on the number of guests staying at the property. Cleaning is generally carried out between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Our cleaning lady does not enter private rooms and does not have keys to them. For stays longer than 11 days, we can provide one free private room cleaning upon request from the 12th day. Please let us know by 9:00 PM the night before, and be present during the agreed-upon cleaning time, as we cannot enter private rooms without the guest present. This is because regional regulations do not allow short-term rental apartments to provide hotel-style daily room service, but we are happy to offer free cleaning for longer stays upon request. We kindly ask guests to wash pans, pots, and dishes after use and leave the kitchen as they found it. This helps keep the space clean for everyone. A washing machine is free to use from 9 AM to 9 PM. Detergent not provided. A dryer is available at the building entrance, under the stairs. It is free to use and brand new. It is simple to operate, but please note that we cannot come in person to show guests how to use it. Check-out is before 11:00 AM. We can store your luggage free of charge until 23:59 on the day of check-out. The storage area is emptied at midnight. If you would like to use the luggage storage, please let us know as early as possible so we can reserve a space for you. We need at least one day’s notice so we can either send the cleaning lady with the storage keys or leave the keys in the key box for you. During your stay Our check-in is from 14:00 to 23:00, and check-out is before 11:00. During our check-in hours, I can personally hand you the keys. Outside of these hours, you can find the keys inside the key locker box located at the front door of the building. For your privacy, please do not share sensitive personal information, such as bank details and passwords, through Airbnb messages. All payments must be processed through Airbnb, and messages between us may be accessed by Airbnb support or our hosting team when necessary to manage your stay. Other things to note Deliveries and Packages Guests may use the apartment address for personal deliveries during their stay. However, guests are fully responsible for receiving their own packages in person. For liability reasons, we cannot receive, sign for, store, forward, return, or take responsibility for any packages, letters, or deliveries on behalf of guests. Please make sure you are personally available at the apartment when your delivery arrives. We do not live at the property and cannot receive deliveries if you are not there, including on the day of check-out or after your stay has ended.
