The house is not fenced, it is surrounded by bush and a stream. To access picks up about 5km of floor road. It is approximately 35 km from Gramado It is approximately 73 km from Porto Alegre We have no antenna on Tv, only TV with internet access It doesn't pick up a phone network. Only wifi. We have a security camera at the entrance to the house.
