In the Southern Gers, bordering the Haute Pyrenees is our renovated gites. Modern and fully equipped. With decking for outdoor dining. Large open outside space. 5 km from the town of Plaisance. 15km from Marciac where the Jazz in Marciac festival is held each year and just 20 minutes drive from the Nogaro racing circuit. The space Open plan living room and kitchen. Kitchen is fully equipped including tea towels and dish cloths. TV with French channels and English on request. Tiled flooring and toilet and wash basin on the ground floor. Upstairs 2 double bedrooms, both with hanging rail. Hard wood floors. Shower room with basin and toilet. Heated towel rail. A laundry room is available and has a washer, drier rack, Iron and Ironing board available. Outside is a large deck with table and chairs. A gas BBQ, and some sun chairs to relax in. WIFI available. Guest access We are a rural area. Public transport is very limited. Cars, motorcycles and cycles are the best ways to explore the area. Ample parking onsite. Other things to note If desired, we can provide breakfast at 9€ per person. This will be bought to your gite at a time requested be you. If you are going to arrive late a charcuterie platter can be provided at 22€ for 2 people. This will be placed in your fridge ready for your arrival. We provide a few coffee pods for the coffee machine to keep you going until you can get to a shop.
