Sea La Vie Resthouse - on the Batangas Coastline!

Nestled in lush tropical garden setting, the Sea La Vie Resthouse is a hidden gem situated on the Batangas coastline in the Maya Maya Seaside Residences community. Each of the 4 bedrooms is adorned with its own deck overlooking the Pool garden. The pool itself is fed by a series of waterfalls and includes a cave and siting pools. When you enter Sea La Vie a large game room waits below complete with a 6 foot billiard table, a 65 inch Sony TV (Netflix) and plenty of board games too! The space The gardens around the Villa are full of trees and plants and when combined with the pool area create a lush landscape for relaxation. The waterfalls add to tropical ambiance complete with it’s own cave. Inside the walls of the villa is a large game room perfect for Netflix or a game of billiards. There are numerous decks as well off of just about every room where fresh air is enjoyed! Guest access The guests have access to the entire Villa and all of the grounds surrounding our home. THE VILLAGE BEACH AT THE BOTTOM OF THE HILL IS CURRENTLY CLOSED. Guests may access either of our other two rock coves where the ocean may be accessed or proceed next door to Panutsutan or Natipuan beaches, both a 5 minute drive away OUR PRICING IS BASED ON 12 GUESTS. ADDITIONAL GUESTS (UP TO 6 ADITIONAL for a maximum of 18 guests) ARE CHARGED 1200p PER HEAD PER NIGHT. Other things to note The property is located in a secure village with roving security. Additionally our caretaker is on the premisis most of the time to ensure security of belongings. If you wish to have a key for the property you may request one during your stay. ALL BEDROOMS HAVE THEIR OWN NEW INVERTER AIR-CONS FOR COMFORT. THE MAIN HOUSE IS A TRADITIONAL STYLE PHILIPPINE REST HOUSE WITH JALOUSIE WINDOWS THROUGHOUT AND FANS. THE COMMON SPACES OF THE MAIN HOUSE ARE NOT AIR CONDITIONED. Our base price is based on 12 guests. Additional guests, up to a maximum 16 guests in total.
