Cosy and comfortable holiday cottage on small chalet park (12 separately owned private units). Situated in a quiet village a stones throw from a thatched pub. The beach is a short walk away and you are surrounded by quiet lanes, fields and valleys. Welcombe is a popular spot for nature lovers and those who like the rural Devon coastline. 2 bedrooms sleeping 4 in a double and 2 bunks. Open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Small bathroom with shower/bath. The space A small chalet style bungalow cottage, there is a front facing double bedroom, a bunk room with two bunks, and open plan lounge with small, well equipped kitchen. It is an ideal space for a couple or family. The bunks will take an adult although some may find it a little tight. The gardens are open between the properties and shared but there is plenty of room for playing and sitting outside. There is a paved area directly outside the property with garden furniture stored inside that can be used. Guest access There is a parking area for the chalets with number 8 dedicated for your use. The path from the parking to the chalet has no steps and is 25 m. Other things to note The chalets are close to a country pub, 'The Old Smithy Inn'. It has good food and a friendly community. Occasionally they have folk groups and other events. There is an electric meter in the property that takes £1 coins. The electric is not included in the rental price so please ensure you have enough coins for your visit. All bedding is provided as well as bath mat, hand towel, tea towels and washing up cloth. Please bring your own bath towels.
