This cosy and centrally located 25m2 flat is located in Madrid's La Latina neighbourhood, one of the best areas of the capital. The area is great for strolling around, enjoying the main tourist attractions and experiencing the famous "Madrid nightlife". It is located in "Madrid Central", so it is recommended to access by public transport. Accommodation is available for short-term stays and requires the signing of a lease agreement. The space The accommodation is on the ground floor and faces the building’s inner courtyard, so you may find it a bit dark and noisy As you can see in the photos, the studio comprises an open-plan space featuring: - A kitchen area with a dining table and a TV - A sleeping area with a double bed (200 x 135 cm) - A bathroom with a door, separate from the rest of the room Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Towels and bed linen are included according to the number of people in the reservation. Limited complimentary soap and toilet paper are included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. The property has an elevator, but it will not be needed because the apartment is on a first floor. The property has air conditioning with 1 split system with hot/cold pump. It works with a remote control. In addition, you will have at your disposal a portable fan, a portable electric radiator and a fixed electric radiator in the bathroom. Hot water is provided by an electric water heater of 80 liters: once it has been used up, just wait for the thermos to fill up again.
