Leave the city behind and enjoy the beautiful nature of the Uckermark. In this large apartment (145 m² + 50 m² terrace) you can relax with your friends by the fireplace, work with super fast Internet from the home office or simply sit on the terrace and let your gaze wander over the lake. The Peetzigsee with a bathing beach and best water quality is only a few meters away on foot. The Berlin-Usedom cycle path with the best asphalt leads past the house. The space There are three bedrooms with high quality double beds and a gallery where there are two more single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with desks and there are 250 Mbps DSL so you can easily work with several people from the apartment. In the spacious kitchen-living room you can cook together, relax on the sofa in front of the fireplace or watch movies in the evening with the projector. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a small bathtub. You will find a parking space a few meters from the house. The nearest supermarket is 20 minutes away. drive away, so I recommend planning your shopping beforehand. The apartment is really very secluded and quiet, except for the crowing rooster you hardly hear anything. The water in Petzigsee is clear and refreshing and the beach right in front of the house is an absolute hit. In addition, I highly recommend a hike around the lake. Next to the lake, the very well-developed (and little-traveled) roads of the Uckermark are a dream for (racing) cyclists. Guest access A car is an advantage, but the apartment is also easily accessible by train. The nearest train station is Angermünde (1 hour drive with the RE from Berlin). From there, you can simply take a taxi or have friends pick you up. The drive from Berlin takes about 1 hour, a little longer at peak times. There is a parking space for one car around the corner :) Other things to note The apartment is an oasis of peace for us outside of Berlin. We use it ourselves to relax and spend time with friends. Of course, we also like to celebrate our birthday or other occasions here. However, it is important to us to have a good relationship with our neighbors, so we take the volume into consideration in the evening and hope you do the same. Thank you in advance.
