Unique tropical getaway overlooking the sea

Take it easy at this unique, tranquil and beautifully built heritage villa with a 4 suites. Nestled on a hill with a sea view, surrounded by rainforest. Sleep to the sound of waves, wake up to the sound of birds. A 2.000 sqm property with a large garden, a firepit that can be used to grill fish.Two of the suites & terrace are in a bungalow in front of the main house. 2 outdoor showers to refresh after the beach & a large lounge & terrace where you can practice yoga or relax. 5mn to the beach. The space Main house : - 1 master suite with queen bed and air conditioning - 1 suite with double bed and air conditioning - 2 suites with ceiling fan. All suites are super comfortable extra pillows and privacy. - 1 large dining room integrated with the kitchen. - Equipped kitchen with double oven and 5 stoves, large refrigerator, diswasher (essential for holidays in groups, not spending hours cleaning dishes) and all essentials items. - Four large covered balconies with hammocks. - A large living room with sofas, armchairs and a home office area. - A large garden with outdoor shower and fire pit. - Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. - 50MB fiber optic Wi-Fi. - 110v voltage. (there is one 220 in the living room too). -Yoga mat, snorkel weights and other small details are available for our guests. - Bluetooth speaker. Guest access As we are on one of the most beautiful hills, keep in mind that you will have some stairs ahead. The view costs exactly 150 steps. It usually takes 5 to 8 minutes. You don't need to be a marathon runner, but you will need physical disposition, especially for seniors and children. We dont recomend for people with reduced/compromised mobility. There is parking available closer to the stairs leading to our house. It costs R$ 30 per day, and there is also the possibility to park your car on the beach and other paid parking lots. If you need help with the bags, there are people in the village that can help for R$ 15-40. let us know so we can organize this. Other things to note We have a provisional access, to the houses above that passes through the garden.
