This area, also known as the Rock’s resort, is buzzing all year round full of shops, bars and restaurants. The ski school is based here in the winter and converts to a summer camp for the little ones in the warmer months. This chalet is close enough to easily enjoy all these amenities but far away enough to enjoy the tranquillity and mountain views. The Flims Laax Falera area boasts 224 kilometres of slopes, 5 snow parks and 28 ski lifts, 70% of those are situated at an altitude of between 2,000 and 3,000 metres, which makes this region one of the most reliable winter sports regions in the world to find snow. During the summer months, the region offers excellent hiking and biking as well as relaxation around the many bathing lakes in the region.
