The house has two floors, with the upper part having two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room and a balcony. The lower part has a bedroom, kitchen and combined dining room, service area and bathroom. Parking for one car. Barbecue grill, beach chairs. Guest access The house is on the sand, the entrance gate is already on the seafront, 500 meters from the water Other things to note Pets are allowed, however, because it is a shared patio, the beach access gate may be open, and it is not possible for the animals to be loose on the grounds. Parties with outside guests and loud noise are not allowed after 10 p.m.
