Nice room in beautiful apartment

Beautiful and pleasant room in a quiet apartment in a small condominium. Located on the 4th floor, the apartment is very bright and recently renovated. Two little cats welcome you into their little cocoon. The rental is for the room only and not the entire apartment. AMENITIES Towel on request, sheets, hair dryer in the bathroom, access to the kitchen. NO access to the washing machine. CHECK IN Between 6pm and 10pm, please write to me if you would like to arrive earlier or later. The space The room is very bright and has an area of 10 square meters. You have a storage cabinet for your belongings, a 160 cm bed, a bench, and a desk to work or store your belongings. Guest access Parking is available on the street for free (there are often spaces available) but not in the inner courtyard. Close to the Maison de la Danse (5-minute walk) and the 8th arrondissement town hall, 20 minutes by tram from Part-Dieu, and 35 minutes from Bellecour by metro. During your stay I am available and responsive to respond to messages on the app, I can also be reached by phone if needed. Please let me know your requests a little in advance: need for space in the fridge, need to arrive or leave at different times, need for a hair dryer or other equipment mentioned Other things to note The apartment is occupied by two small cats, it is advisable to take some precautions to get in and out of the apartment without them being able to sneak in. Cats won't have access to your room if you close the door. I am a vegetarian, please do not bring meat or fish to store in the refrigerator. Please clean your dishes, throw your garbage in the trash, rinse your shower and leave your belongings in your room.
