Located on the banks of the Guadalquivir River, it enjoys an excellent location, one step away from the historic center of the city where you can discover our most important monuments in a simple and comfortable way, as you do not have to use means of transport. Ideal to enjoy the Cordovan festivities as it is in the environment where Holy Week, Patio Contest, May Crosses, the Health Fair, White Night of Flamenco, etc. are celebrated. The space The most remarkable thing is its location. Located in an open area, being able to park the car in our private parking space, forget about it and enjoy the city on foot since the main monuments such as the Cathedral Mosque, Roman Bridge, La Calahorra, El Alcazar de los Reyes Cristianos, Royal Stables are about a 10-minute walk in a straight line along the popular Paseo de la Ribera, which has numerous bars and restaurants where you can eat with fantastic views of the Guadalquivir River. Guest access The apartment is on the ground floor. It has a large open area where the living room with sofa bed and kitchen, a double bedroom, bathroom and patio for private use are located. Going up some stairs we find a double bedroom located on the mezzanine floor, which makes it very cosy. The height of this second bedroom is 1.60 cm, which can be somewhat uncomfortable for very tall people. The kitchen is fully equipped to facilitate your stay. It consists of a 90 cm ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, electric water heater, sink, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and all the necessary cooking utensils. The house has a Wi-Fi network, cable TV with more than 100 themed channels, air conditioning and central heating in all rooms. The parking space is at street level, uncovered, with an automatic door with remote control and video surveillance cameras. It is located a few meters from the house. Other things to note In the same street where the apartment is located is one of the famous Patios Cordobeses, which has received several awards in the annual Courtyard Contest. Just outside the apartment we find a large park with green areas on the banks of the Guadalquivir River, as well as the Fairgrounds where in May, the popular Fair of Our Lady of Health is celebrated.
