The centrally located approx.90m²apartment with a spacious living/dining area,bedroom,kitchen,balcony, bathroom&separate toilet is located in the 1st basement of our house! With 2 single beds & a sofa bed (living room) there would be space for 3 more people. A baby bed can be available on request Free delivery. Parking available directly opposite the house. Shops, train station and playground can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot.Water treading area 200m away. Ideal starting point for hikes! The space Our house is on the sunny side of Bad Peterstal :) We are pampered with the sun all year round and our balcony invites you to relax. Our panoramic windows offer a wonderful view from the light-filled apartment. Since we have a direct connection (last house on the street) to the forest, you can be in the middle of nature in just a few steps. Other things to note The tourist tax is 1.90 euros per day/person! This is not included in the price and must be paid on site! Included are: shower/hand towels, tea towels, 1 roll of toilet paper, various. Shower gel/shampoo available, soap, coffee/tea bags available as well as vinegar/oil etc. A washing machine is available for an additional charge of 3.00 euros per wash cycle (including detergent). The apartment must be left in a proper condition! This includes: *Clean oven/stove *Unload the dishwasher and put the cleaned dishes in their place in a dry place *Dispose of waste (according to the waste separation plan!!!). *Clean used equipment and furnishings *Collect used towels/tea towels in the bathtub *Leave the apartment key in the door *Heaters off/windows closed *Pay tourist tax in cash Please take everything that belongs to you with you and don't forget anything.
