This is a spacious and bright room with attached bathroom & a small fully functional kitchen on the second floor of our home.There is common Big Hall with dining table/ Sofa etc along with one independent attached room. Come and experience a new home away from your own and cherish your stay in the capital city of India. We will make every possible effort to make you feel homely, however, this is not a HOTELl. Come with an open mind and you will enjoy your stay. The space The room has an attached private bathroom and a kitchen with Air Conditioner, soft luxury mattress along with comfy pillows and a queen sized bed. The room is suitable for 2 persons only. You can have an evening stroll at the park after a long day at sight seeing or be in your bed and watch your favorite shows on the wall mounted flat screen 32" Smart LED. A wardrobe is provided to stock your belongings. The bathroom is provided with all the basic amenities. The shower area is separated from the Toilet by a shower curtain with 24 Hours supply of HOT/COLD running water. Kitchen- We have stocked the kitchen with Tea/Coffee, Electric Kettle and cutlery to serve your dining needs. Iron is provided for the guest usage in the common area. A separate aquaguard is installed on the floor for unlimited water supply. Fridge & Microwave is sharing with one guest . We have a basement parking available which you can use to park your vehicles if required. Uninterrupted internet access is provided. We appreciate no smoking and drinking inside the premises. Our home is in a residential area located in Mukherjee Nagar(North West Delhi). We take IDs of all guests but do not share it with any body. Cleaning is available on request basis. AC/ heater charges extra@Rs. 9 per unit on actual consumption basis for which seperate meter is there.. Guest access The guests will have full independent access to the room, the kitchen and the bathroom which are totally private and to be used by the guests only. During your stay Host lives in same building on seperate floor and are available to cater your needs. Other things to note The space is couple friendly. Cleaning is available on request basis. Check in after 10.30 pm is allowed in exceptional circumstances with prior consent .
