Modest Victorian Terrace with lots of character. Recently renovated with the old meeting the new, great summer entertainment area to relax after a visit to the beach. Situated right in the Hub of Newcastle East, short walk to Nobby’s and Newcastle Beach, Harbour Foreshore and city centre. Close to great cafes, pubs and restaurants. Easy access to public transport and only 2 hours to Sydney. The space Our house has recently been renovated with a brand new kitchen to provide an indoor outdoor entertaining space. It has three bedrooms sleeping six people. Main bedroom has a King bed, 2nd bedroom 2 King singles and the 3rd bedroom a Queen bed. There is a toilet and laundry downstairs with on outside hot shower. The bathroom upstairs includes a bath and walk-in shower. The Barbeque is connected to natural gas. Guest access Guests have access to our whole house. There is a service lane at the back off the house with gate entry. Other things to note Our home is an old terrace built in 1903 and has a great deal of character. It has been recently renovated with a great outdoor entertainment area. It is not recommended for small children or the elderly as we have quite steep stairs to access the second story where all the bedrooms are located.
