The space The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with all essential appliances. The living room has a living area with a sofa bed and a dining area with a table and chairs. It has two full bathrooms.The accommodation also has a private terrace by the pool, with outdoor furniture (table, chairs and sun loungers). Guest access The apartment is located on the ground floor of the building. Guests can park right outside the apartment and once inside guests will have access to the entire apartment, terrace and pool area. Other things to note Our accommodation offers paid transfer service upon prior reservation. To ensure you enjoy your stay, we would like to remind you of the house and condominium rules established in your reservation: Respect the quiet hours – from 11 PM to 7 AM. Parties are not permitted in the pool area or inside the property. No guests other than those who are part of the reservation are allowed. It is STRICTLY PROHIBITED to use the pool between 10 PM and 8 AM. Mandatory use of bathing suit The use of armbands, floats and goggles is allowed (for the purpose of learning to swim) Do not bring any glass bottles or beverage cans into the pool area. To prevent ants, we ask that you always dispose of your trash in the trash cans located on the street in front of the condominium. The person responsible for the reservation must inform all guests of these rules. Comply with all rules to ensure safety is respected at all times.
