The unique house is divided into 2 apartments with each a different style. Boutique Suite Deluxe (4 people) is located next to the channel of Middelburg in the city centre at a perfect location and has it's own facilities. Two bedrooms 1 with a double boxspring and the other bedroom has 2 single boxsprings. The bright wide living room has a dining table and relaxing sofa. The kitchen has all the equipment you need and there is a nice bathroom with a rain shower and a sink. The space Boutique Suite Deluxe is perfect for 2 or 4 adults or 2 adults and 1 / 2 children of minimum 12 years old. Guests will experience to stay in a location close to alle the restaurants, shops and easily can enjoy a walk around the city centre via "het bolwerk" with nice view on all the authentic houses and "de vest" which is the channel around the city centre. Other things to note The apartment is located only 7 km from the beach and close to the N57 to Domburg and Zouteland. Free parking at short walking distance (Stadsambachtsweg 6 Middelburg). I live nearby for assistance when needed. The tourist tax of € 3,- per person per night is not included. This can be payed cash at the check in. We would like to respect the privacy of our neighbors.
