Villa Balthazar - Standard Double Room

Our roots in Europe, Scandinavia & Sweden are obvious & reflected in the interior at Villa Balthazar, as well as in mentality & breakfast. It's very important to us that you, as a guest, feel comfortable in our rooms & happy with our totally homemade breakfast, but it's also very important that you'll get the best out of Búzios. We are located in very calm residencial neighborhood, a few seconds away from the beach & 300 meters from the center & at night you'll hear both waves, frogs and birds. The space Everything that we do here is made out of love for people and details. We try to use only the best products when we prepare our breakfast, which is totally homemade. When you wish to spend time at Villa Balthazar, the social area is open for our guest most of the day (from 08:30 until 20:00). There you can find sofas, a small library, games, a TV with international channels etcetera. The social area is connected to two different outdoor areas. One patio facing the garden and the other one is located on the other side of the house surrounded by flowers and hummingbirds. By the pool you can enjoy a cool drink while you are listening to the waves from beach Praia do Canto mixed together with the sounds of frogs and birds from the small lake just behind Villa Balthazar. Guest access It is very important to us that you, as a guest, feel comfortable and enjoy spending time with your travel companion in our rooms. For this reason all five rooms at Villa Balthazar are personal and comfortably furnished. Every room is en-suite (with a private bathroom – shower and toilet) and daily cleaning. For rainy days and lazy nights there are DVD players and SmartTV (for your own Netflix account etc) in every room and a DVD library to choose from (NO TV channels). All rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi internet connection and also a bluetooth speaker. There are both 110V and 220V outlets in every room as well as air conditioning, fan, mini-bar and a small safe. The Standard Double Room is about 20 square meters and has a Queen size bed. In this room we can put a crib and a child up to 5 years stays for free using the existing bed. No extra beds are possible. All children and cribs has to be requested and confirmed. Other things to note - CHILDREN AND EXTRA BEDS All children av very welcome at Villa Balthazar. The only very important thing is that all guests are respected and that each and everyone feels comfortable. Both families and couples. We always point this out since our image is to have a very peaceful atmosphere where everyone feels at home and can be relaxed. Since we only have five rooms we will all live close together and the respect of the calm atmosphere always comes first. - CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT Check-in: 14:00 (2 PM) - 20:00 (8 PM) Late check-in can of course be arranged but it has to be requested and confirmed. Check-out: 11:00 (11 AM) Late check-out can be arranged free of charge if it is possible.
