There is also 24 hour security for peace of mind in a safe modern development with a gym available for use in the building and landscaped communal gardens, and a cafe in the building by the entrance for a lazy start to the day. Tesco Express and a 24 hour convenience store (Londis) both within a 1 minute walk and a little further along Holloway Road there is a large Waitrose for a huge variety. There are many cafes, restaurants and bars all within easy reach along Holloway Road, with Highbury and Islington station (for the Victoria line and overground links) within walking distance leading onto the very popular Angel area with no shortage of restaurants and bars for a late night finish! For a more relaxing time (subject to good weather!) There is a park with play area just a few minutes walk away from the apartment, as well as larger parks just a short bike ride away including Clissold Park and Finsbury Park.
