Casa Los Recoletos is an ideal place to rest. We have spacious and comfortable private rooms, spacious and equipped rooms in a quiet neighborhood within Antigua Guatemala. It is a beautiful house with special decoration according to each environment, preserving the colonial and typical appearance of Antigua Guatemala. Fully equipped and cozy, it has large spaces: FIRST LEVEL: Two comfortable rooms with a fully equipped private bathroom inside (cable TV, towels, shampoo, soap), entertainment room, family/reading room, dining room, kitchen equipped with windows, internal patio, laundry area with sink and garage for a sedan truck. SECOND LEVEL: Three spacious and comfortable rooms with fully equipped private bathroom (cable TV, fans, towels, shampoo, soap), patio/garden with outdoor table, corridor with balconies and benches with living room and spiral staircase to the terrace. A spacious and comfortable room with private bathroom which is located on the first level and the use is exclusive to the room, fully equipped (cable TV, towels, shampoo, soap) LAUNDRY: We have a washer and dryer at an additional cost. TERRACE: Ideal for being outdoors with a nice view of the mountains surrounding the valley and the water, fire and Acatenango volcanoes. We are Antigua women in love with Antigua Guatemala and with our accommodation, its cozy decoration and personalized service we want to make you feel part of our city. Guest access Casa Los Recoletos is located in a residential area on the main street with two entrances, one main and independent pedestrian entrance and another for vehicle entry, both towards the access street. Completely private so you can have full access to all areas and services of the house. We are in a safe neighborhood, close to several churches with parks and accessible food areas. We are in a safe, quiet and well-known neighborhood of Antigua Guatemala near the Church of San Francisco, Escuela de Cristo and El Calvario that make up Calle de Los Pasos and four blocks away you can visit the Parque del Tanque de la Unión and Convento de Santa Clara, two blocks away you will find the Parque Central, your walk will be pleasant, accessible and comfortable where you will find restaurants with a variety of food, bars and cafes and in the evening for your convenience in the Welcome Manual you can find transportation contacts. Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION: 1. For your convenience, Casa Los Recoletos has independent pedestrian access to the main street. 2. The metal front door must always be double locked and the wooden front door only closed without a key. 3. Each room has two keys, one for the metal door and the other for the room. 4. We have an automatic water pump which guarantees that we always have water on the premises. 5. All rooms have hot water. 6. We have two jugs of pure water. 7. If you have more than one vehicle, you can leave it in front of the house (maximum two). 8. For your safety, we have cameras outside the premises. 9. Your stay includes housekeeping and if you are staying more than one day you will need to give advance notice if you want the service. 10. If you want help in the kitchen, request the service in advance and we will gladly recommend an expert cook to prepare delicious dishes at an affordable additional price. 11. At night, leave the garage and laundry area doors closed. 12. If you wish to use the barbecue, you will have to notify us in advance of your arrival. 13. Turn off all lights that you are not going to use.
