My family and I also stay here. Please respect our home and everything in it. Our House Rules are for the benefit of ALL our guests. We keep a premium on cleanliness and maintain ALL items in the unit in good working condition (regularly inspected). -- STRICTLY for 5 people only. Children above 2 years are counted along with the adults. -- For compliance, you are required to send a photo of any government-issued ID (with photo) of only those staying in our unit. -- Bring the same IDs upon entering the premises for inspection -- Keys are personally collected upon check out. -- If you plan to check out, please notify us a day or 2 hours before the check out time for us to prepare and allot time going there. -- Inspection of the unit in your presence is important to us to avoid any incidents. NOTE : In case we find anything missing or broken in the unit (include, but are not limited to: remote controls, towels, wall, carpet, bed and linen stains, paint scratches, clogged toilet or sink, etc.) during inspection (with or without your presence) will be at our guest’s expense, regardless. -- We respect our guests' privacy by not installing CCTV cameras in our unit. But please do not abuse our kindness by having visitors who are not part of the agreed number in your booking request, to sleep without our knowledge. -- Our Staff will personally inspects and cleans the unit. -- We are NOT a serviced apartment nor a hostel/hotel. We trust that you would keep/leave (CLEAN AS YOU GO) our unit in the same condition (plates and kitchen utensils washed and placed in their proper homes, etc.) as you checked in. -- STRICTLY NO SMOKING / VAPOR SMOKING ANYWHERE in the unit. A penalty of P2000.00 per day will automatically be charged, regardless. -- STRICTLY NO PETS allowed in the unit. -- STRICTLY NO COOKING of any dried or smoked fish, squid and the like. P1000.00 Penalty. -- Strictly a residential place. NO parties or events in the unit. -- Quiet time is at 8PM. A penalty of P2,000.00 or a forced eviction will be imposed should any complaint of excessive noise due to loud gathering and/or partying will be raised. -- In case of violation of the above regulations or any misconduct as deemed to cause others' (owner or arriving guests) inconvenience and discomfort, the owner reserves the right to ask the guest to leave. -- GARBAGE To prevent infestation of ants and roaches, dispose your garbage regularly at the garbage chute and store any type of food properly.
