'Hier is 't - Cozy house' - independent space in a detached house, Nijmegen. Breakfast €8,- at 'Mr. Vos'. Extra bed for 3rd person. Close to Goffertpark, hospitals, HAN/Radboud, shopping center and nature. The city center can be reached by bicycle and bus. Ground floor with private entrance. Free parking in the street. 'Tiny house' has all the amenities for an independent stay. Common areas: 'garden room with lounge + minibar', beautiful garden and sitting area with fire pit and BBQ. The space It is a complete, independent studio (35m2) built in 2021 with its own entrance in the hip Nijmegen. Everything is brand new. We as Airbnb hosts are easy, flexible and social people. The studio is adjacent to the shared, very quiet garden room and garden; where one can quietly read a book or enjoy the sun. Lots of privacy and (evening) peace. The house is completely gas-free, well insulated and is electrically heated (including water). The kitchen has an oven, fridge and induction hob. Also equipped with practical kitchen utensils. In the bathroom with rain shower and washing machine, plenty of towels & shampoos are available. Complimentary coffee and tea (from your own garden) are available. There is a double, very comfortable, bed and a third (folding) bed can be provided for a third guest. Free WiFi and TV with Chromecast. We have city bikes. The garden is equipped with a hot water shower and multiple seating areas. For breakfast/lunch, we have a collaboration with "Meneer Vos" (two minutes' walk). You get 10% off breakfast or lunch. Mr. Vos is open on weekdays from 9:00 a.m. and on weekends from 10:00 a.m. Guest access Free parking in front of the door and in the neighborhood with more than enough space. The city center is 15 minutes away by bike. By bus, it is also 15 minutes from our house to the city center. Supermarket and other shops are a 5-minute walk away. There is a bus stop to the city center within 2 minutes walking distance. A train station is a 15-minute walk away. Nature can be found from our house at: 5 minutes by bike and 15 minutes by bike. We can provide you with the beautiful places ;) Other things to note We have 3 cats (Maine Coons) and 1 dog (Samoyed) which sometimes come into the garden room and garden. The dog doesn't bark much, but it does bark out of enthusiasm. The pets do NOT enter the Airbnb and are extremely sweet/affectionate/social. All linens are washed/dried in a separate washing machine which is not in the house. Storage of the linen is in a space where the pets do not come. Children are of course welcome and can sleep in their own bed.
