The space The house is an ideal retreat for a family of four or for two couples as it boasts full en-suite bathroom facilities to each bedroom. There is a brand new kitchen. The other added bonus here is the large, furnished conservatory which leads from the lounge to the patio area and the exceptional views over Torbay. Ground Floor: Lounge/Diner The light lounge/dining area has a 2 seater sofa and 2 armchairs, a smart TV and a dining table with four chairs. The Patio doors lead to the sunny conservatory. Conservatory: A beautiful bright and sunny room with stunning sea views, a rattan table with four chairs also a relaxing chair and footstool. The perfect place to relax. Kitchen A brand new modern kitchen having plenty of cupboard space, an electric oven, a gas hob, a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and a washing/dryer. Cloakroom There is also a downstairs cloakroom with a WC and washbasin. Outside A patio that has extensive sea views and seating There is private car parking space and/or garage for small sized car. First Floor: Bedroom 1 The main bedroom has a double bed with two bedside tables and lamps. You can enjoy the stunning sea views having two windows. It also has a brand new modern en-suite bathroom with a large walk in shower, washbasin, towel rail and WC. Bedroom 2 The second bedroom has two single beds, two bedside tables and lamps. The bedroom also has its own en-suite bathrooms with bath with shower over, basin and WC. Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
