Detached Country Annexe with private parking

Idyllically situated to enjoy the Cotswolds with everything it has to offer all year round, the Annexe has been furnished to give an abundance of comfort and chill out time. Oakridge connects to France Lynch, Frampton Mansell, Chalford Valley, Sapperton and Cirencester Park. Several popular pubs to walk to; 'Kings Head' France Lynch, 'The Crown' Frampton Mansell, 'Daneway Inn' Sapperton and 'Butchers Arms' Oakridge. There is a village shop in Eastcombe and Oakridge. The space You will enjoy a king size bed, Smart TV, Roberts iStream 3L Radio, Wifi, Larder with kettle, cutlery, crockery, Drinkstuff mini fridge and en suite bathroom. I also supply a complimentary continental breakfast along with the normal tea and coffee. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the utility room of the main cottage, six footsteps away should you need to use it....just ask! Guest access The property is at the end of a private road that leads to a public footpath, most of which is owned by the property, with no one else around; Guests have their own parking for ONE car right outside the annexe. Guests have their own patio seating area and are welcome to use the top garden and appreciate thatched cottage views and countryside. Other things to note Whilst a dog is a very welcome important guest, please do not allow on or in the bed. Your dog is not to be left alone in the Annexe, especially during Summer months as it gets very hot due to its lovely sunny aspect all day long! The Annexe is designed to cater for 2 adults comfortably and is not suitable for infants.
