Villa in Österlen

Bright and nice residential building with lovely views of the fields on Österlen! Also see the separate listing for "The Apartment" next door if you need more beds or if you are interested in any activity in Logen. The space In the large residential house there is plenty of space! Four bedrooms, two on the lower floor and two on the upper floor. On the lower level, there is a dining area, a living room, and a well-equipped kitchen, with access from the kitchen to a private west-facing patio overlooking the sunset. The courtyard is sometimes shared with guests staying in the apartment next to the main house (the enclosed section of the courtyard). I myself live in the old lodge on the left side of the courtyard. There are also two cats in the yard. A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is located in a separate building and is shared with any guests staying in the apartment next to the main building. (Appliances must be switched off between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM to avoid disturbing the tenants in the apartment.) Please note that there is a relatively steep staircase leading to one of the bedrooms upstairs, “Bedroom 4,” which has a double bed and a single bed. In "Bedroom 3" there are four single beds, of which two can be pushed together to a double bed like the picture. TV in living room is a smart TV with connection to Wifi where you can log in to your own streaming service, netflix etc. Parking available for several cars, electric charging post available and may be used for separate compensation and agreement.
