Villa & wood-fired hot tub in Österlen

Bright and nice residential building with lovely views of the fields on Österlen and with the possibility of a wood-fired hot tub to rent separately! The space In the large residential house there is plenty of space! Four bedrooms, two on the lower floor and two on the upper floor. Dining area, living room and well-equipped kitchen on the lower floor with exit from the kitchen to your own balcony in the west and sunset. The courtyard is sometimes shared with guests in the apartment next to the residential house (the glazed part of the courtyard). We ourselves live in the old lodge to the left of the courtyard with the dog Jack and two cats."Bubbelpool" refers to a wood-fired hot tub that can be rented separately for a minimum of SEK 1,000 and must be pre-booked (Contact us if you are interested). Laundry room with a washer and dryer is located in a separate building and is shared with any guests in the apartment next to the residential house. (Machines should be turned off between 8:00 pm - 8:00 am so as not to disturb tenants in the apartment). Please note that there is a relatively steep staircase to one of the bedrooms upstairs, "Bedroom 4" with a double bed and a single bed. In "Bedroom 3" there are four single beds, of which two can be pushed together to a double bed like the picture. TV in the living room is a smart TV with connection to Wifi where you can log in to your own streaming service, Netflix, etc. Parking is available for several cars, electric charging station is available and may be used for a separate fee and by agreement. Cleaning included. Bed linens are included.
