The owner is a professional photographer and uses the annex as her studio when it is not being rented out. Or, opt for a more casual set-up at the breakfast bar, perfect for a quick morning fuel-up before heading into London proper (fifteen minutes by train from Raynes Park). A healthy collection of pot plants, books and art give a Scandi feel to each room and liven up an otherwise bright, neutral space, making this a delightful spot to return home to. If the winding paths and greenery of Wimbledon Common on your doorstep aren’t enough, cross into Richmond Park, the former hunting ground of monarchs where you can still spot deer roaming free. The second bedroom has a Queen size double. The third bedroom has a bunkbed with a small double on the bottom. The fourth bedroom in the studio has a custom bed size; queen width (135cm) but shorter in length (180) making it more suitable for kids or shorter adults! The studio bathroom has a full shower if you prefer. The 3rd bathroom has a bath with shower over and also hosts the laundry. Free off-road parking is available right outside this home. Raynes Park station is a fifteen-minute walk away
