Charming and peaceful, rustic cottage on horse farm

🏡Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation, in the middle of Hallandsåsen, 1 km from Vallåsen Bike Park & Skiing and Kungsbygget Adventure Park. 🌳 The farm is from the 1800s and surrounded by lush nature and many hiking trails. The cottage is part of our horse farm next to the stable and we also live on the farm. 🧑‍🌾 The farm is very quiet & relaxing. 🐴 Close to outdoor activities such as skiing, golf, hiking, biking, etc. 🛒 5 km to the nearest shops. ❌ Not suitable for fur allergy sufferers. There may also be a little faded color here and there. ✅ But, EVERYTHING IS CLEAN, NEWLY WASHED and NEWLY CLEANED when you check in. ⛔ If you are looking for a luxurious, newly-built house with branded gadgets, this is not the house for you. 🐴 The cottage is located next to the stables, with lovely views of horse pastures and Hallandsåsen. 🏡 The house has three bedrooms and a living room and kitchen with an open floor plan.  🛋️Fully furnished and possibility to cook.  ⛔ The accommodation is not suitable for fur allergies or people who do not like animals. ❌ Parties, loud music, noise and shouting are forbidden, as we breed horses that need peace and quiet. 🌳 The house is in an incredibly scenic area on Hallandsåsen, surrounded by countless hiking trails and nature reserves in wonderful beech forests, among other things. 🚵 Also lots of other outdoor activities such as skiing, sledding, zipline, bungy-rocket, golf, horseback riding, sun & swimming and much more. 🐴 Halland's bridleway is Sweden's longest, landscaped bridleway and stretches a total of 120 km and along Hallandsåsen through Halland and Skåne. 🏖️ Båstad has fantastic nature to hike in but also lovely swimming areas. 🎾 And Båstad's tennis and nightlife have not escaped anyone's attention, with tennis stars from all over the world and celebrity parties at hot clubs. Båstad also has a large outdoor and activity selection and several very nice golf clubs and courses. ⛱️ Mellbystrand has a shallow, long sandy beach and amazing sand dunes. Together with the equally shallow sandy beach in Skummeslövsstrand, it is Sweden's longest beach at 12 km. 🏷️ In Laholm, in addition to the art, you can also enjoy a lovely square with shops, several stores and several restaurants with inviting outdoor seating. 🐟 The latest addition is Laxrökeriet with a restaurant and large outdoor deck to the west and views of the Lagan. 🚗⛴️For slightly longer day trips, the lovely summer towns of Halmstad, Varberg and Falkenberg are within reasonable distance, as well as Denmark with, for example, the Helsingborg-Helsingör tour. 🐕🐈Pets such as dogs and cats, can be brought but must ALWAYS, WITHOUT EXCEPTION, be on a leash when outdoors on the farm and in the woods and countryside. ‼️Aggressive or very guarding dogs, unfortunately, cannot be brought, as we have had very bad experiences with this before. 🐴 If you would like to book bed & box, please contact us first. Guest access In addition to the dressing room, the attic and the basement, you can stay in the whole house. Other things to note 🧹🪣 With us, cleaning is always included in the price, so you don't have to spend the last day of your vacation cleaning. ☝️ But the cabin should of course be left neat and tidy. ✅ You do this by: - take care of the dishes and empty the dishwasher - empty the refrigerator of your own food - put things in place in the cupboards - make sure it is generally cleaned and put back furniture and decor as they were on arrival - remove rented bedding from the beds - empty/dispose of and sort the garbage in designated bins in the yard - clean the outdoor furniture if you have made it dirty, put them in place and put the cushions where they were - remove hair and make sure there are no pet remains on the property - clean the grill if it has been used ‼️Do not feed the cats or horses. ‼️Do not enter the horses' pastures or the stables. 💧THE WATER HERE ON HALLANDSÅSEN IS RICH IN IRON and THEREFORE HAS A SLIGHTLY REDDISH TONE. ✅ But it is NOT DANGEROUS and is FINE to DRINK, wash in and use. Samples are taken regularly and filters are installed. 🪑 Please DO NOT rearrange the house.
