Main; 1st on the left after Skipper restaurant. It is on DUDA BEACH VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED. The space Hello everyone, welcome to Itacimirim and our Village! Itacimirim is considered the cleanest and most protected beach in the region, with a Blue Flag seal and sea turtle spawning. At times, you may have the opportunity to observe the movements of the turtles on this beach. Our Village is located on DUDA beach, a few steps from a beautiful sea, 74 km from Salvador, 5 minutes from Praia do Forte and Guarajuba. It is a family space for those who want tranquility, to enjoy days of rest and to take advantage of the vast beach area. The beach in front of the condominium is suitable for swimming and at LOW TIDE (see photos) there is the formation of pools and the sea is very calm. At HIGH TIDE, the sea is rougher along the entire coast of Itacimirim and its surroundings (Praia do Forte, Guarajuba, etc.). We have supermarkets and shops nearby, but you will need to use a car. As in some parts of the world, some local restaurants have schedules for both lunch and dinner. Regarding the SWIMMING POOL, as directed by the TAMAR PROJECT, at night, the lighting in this area is adjusted so as not to harm the spawning of the TURTLES, since our condominium faces the sea, near the restinga area. Here's some information about our Village: 1. BEDROOMS: 3 On the upper floor: there is an en-suite with a queen-size bed, a balcony with a sea view, another bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, and a social bathroom next door; On the ground floor: there is another en-suite with bunk bed, living and dining room, toilet, kitchen, a service area and a balcony with sea view; 2. SWIMMING POOLS: Adult/children's. 3. BARBECUE GRILL (Reservation): • It can be used without a reservation, but the use is shared with other owners or tenants. . Exclusive reservation only for tenants who rent for 30 days or more upon payment of the R$ 200 fee, through PIX, (the exclusivity rule also applies to owners). However, if exclusivity is not possible, tenants can use the space by sharing it with other tenants/owners. 4. AIR-CONDITIONING: SPLIT. In all rooms. 5. TV: In the master suite and in the living room. All are SMART TVs. 6. DINING AND TV ROOM. 7. IMPORTANT: 1. CLEANING MATERIAL (toilet paper, garbage bags, etc., for use during the stay: will be the responsibility of the tenants. We leave enough for the day of arrival. 2. There are some supermarkets and good restaurants in the vicinity. But you have to drive to the location. After booking, I'll send a list. I emphasize that I have no connection with any of them and I have no control over their hours of operation/opening and closing. 3. It is important to note that we do not have technicians, plumbers and electricians 24 hours a day. Routine maintenance is performed on all air-conditioners, televisions, refrigerators and microwaves. If a problem occurs, the repair may take some time, however we will try to resolve it as soon as possible. 4. The limit of people per apartment (8 PEOPLE, including infants and children) must be respected, and the Condominium, through its rules, does not accept that this limit be exceeded under penalty of being fined, which will be passed on to the tenant responsible for the infraction. We look forward to seeing you! Other things to note 1. SUPPLY OF BED LINEN AND TOWELS: - Upon payment of a fee of R$ 40.00 per person, every 7 (seven) days. If the guest chooses to supply these clothes, the total amount must be paid at the time of booking, by bank transfer or PIX. 2. ENERGY: We do not charge an energy fee. We ask the tenants to turn off the lights and air-conditioners when leaving the apartment and also at check-out, as well as not to use the air-conditioners with the doors open. 3. GAS: We do not charge a gas fee. 4. WATER: We do not charge a water fee.
