Other things to note The house is 80 meters from the sea, access to the beach can be reached on foot with a comfortable walk of a couple of minutes. In the small village port, a 2-minute drive away, there are: pharmacy, bar, restaurant, pizzeria, boat rental. In the port of Teulada, we have a large catamaran for day trips or longer excursions to explore the coasts and the beautiful beaches (we are available for information and prices). In the nearby charming town of Pula, just a 7-minute drive away, you will find all kinds of entertainment options, boutiques, supermarkets, a tourist information office, a hairdresser, restaurants, pubs, and ice cream parlors… Just a 15-minute drive away is the beautiful beach of Nora, along with an adjacent archaeological park dating back to the Phoenician, Carthaginian, and Roman periods. A 20/30 minute drive away is the most famous and spectacular beaches in southern Sardinia.
