Please make sure we can reach you at this number. * AVAILABILITY: We are available from 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week, by phone and messaging. You can book online directly on their website to benefit from this convenient service. * BABY EQUIPMENT: If you're traveling with kids, we recommend having a stroller or car seat delivered directly to the apartment, airport or SNCF train station. Their website allows you to easily book online. * NON-SMOKING: we want to emphasize that our accommodation is non-smoking. Any violation of this rule will result in a cleaning and deodorization fee of €200. Please take out your garbage before you check out. * WELCOME KIT: We will also provide you with welcome products such as soaps, toilet paper and garbage bags. These products are there to allow you to start your stay with peace of mind. However, please note that their quantity may vary based on your personal consumption. * SHEETS: A kit of sheets and bath towels will be provided for your arrival, based on one kit per bed and per stay * NUMBER OF TRAVELERS: Please note that use of the apartment is strictly reserved for the persons mentioned in the booking. Any unauthorized presence will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation or an additional charge of €100 per additional guest per stay. * EMERGENCY RESPONSE: In the event of an emergency requiring our response, we will be available to respond to the accommodation by appointment between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. * PARKING: It can be difficult to find free parking in the city.
