The space Independent gîte including: • 2 bedrooms: – One bedroom with 1 double bed (160×200) – One bedroom with 2 single beds (90×190) • Cozy living room opening onto a functional and fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, traditional oven, filter coffee maker, Senseo, kettle, toaster… The living room is equipped with a pellet stove, ideal for a cozy and comfortable atmosphere in any season. • Bathroom with shower, toilet, towel rail, hairdryer and washing machine. • Enclosed and private garden, without neighbors, with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. • For your moments of relaxation: board games available. • Baby equipment on request: baby bed and high chair. Towels, bath mats and tea towels are provided only with the bed linen option. - the €25 local BASKET including the local aperitif 'Le Perlé' , 1 apple juice from our orchard, 1 terrine, salicornes and 1 baguette. - On request, we provide you with an umbrella bed, baby mattress, highchair or booster seat. - direct SALE of chicken eggs, apple juice, bottle of Pearl. In order to better organize your stay, we invite you to let us know your choice of options no later than a week before your arrival. Regarding check-out, You can check out until 10:00 a.m. The cleaning fee is included in your stay, with the exception of the kitchenette, which is your responsibility. Please return the accommodation in a clean condition. In particular, we ask that you: - Do the dishes and put them away. - Empty the dishwasher - clean and tidy the kitchenette. - Empty the garbage cans and place them in the designated containers; - Put the furniture back in its place if any furniture was moved. ⚠️ If the accommodation is returned in a state requiring significant cleaning or if these instructions are not followed, a deduction may be made from the security deposit to cover the additional restoration costs.
