The view is of the building in front and the mountain on the side. In the closet, there are 2 small beach chairs, iron and ironing board, the clothesline and a cooler. Other things to note The trash can for the floor is on the right side of the wall on the stairs that go down to the eighth floor. There is a faucet in the lobby where you can remove sand from your feet after the beach so that the apartment does not have too much sand on the floor.
